Well, the simple answer is that you may well not have to make a decision.  Every dentist will have their own preference as to which type of dental implants they prefer to work with. Whether you go to Manchester or London or Surrey or Scotland, every dentist which you meet and discuss your problems with will have a way of working which best suits them. If you’ve read about a type of implant which you think might be particularly beneficial to you because of your unique life circumstances, then you should certainly inform your dentist of this but, ultimately, the decision is best left down to them. If you insist on them using a certain brand, costs may rise and, worse, you might anger the person your about to trust with your smile!
